Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2, 2026.

This policy explains what information AI Briefing Daily (aibriefingdaily.com) collects when you visit the site, how we use it and what choices you have. You can reach us about any of it at contact@aibriefingdaily.com.

What we collect

  • Technical data from visits. Like most websites, our servers and our network provider, Cloudflare, process technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request and the time of the request. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
  • Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply and, if needed, follow up.
  • Newsletter (when available). We may launch an email newsletter. If you subscribe, we'll store the address you give us only to send you the briefing, and every email will include a one-click unsubscribe.

We don't ask you to create an account, and we don't sell your personal information.

How we use it

To run and secure the site, to answer your messages, to understand in general terms how the site is used, and to meet legal obligations. We don't use it to make automated decisions about you.

Advertising and cookies

We plan to show advertising from Google AdSense and similar partners. When advertising is active, Google, as a third-party vendor, and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on a user's visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and through your browser settings. Where the law requires consent, we'll ask for it before setting advertising cookies. See our cookie policy.

Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the site, such as our network and hosting providers, and with advertising partners once ads are active. Some of these providers are located outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep technical logs only as long as needed for security and operations. We keep emails for as long as needed to handle your request. We delete newsletter addresses when you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, and to complain to your data protection authority. Residents of some US states may also have the right to know what is collected and to opt out of sale or sharing, and we don't sell or share personal information for money. To make a request, write to contact@aibriefingdaily.com with the subject "Privacy".

Children

The site isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
